For any job over 4 hours, there is a 15% cancellation fee if the job is cancelled in five calendar days or less. And for jobs of over a $1000 dollars there is a 30% non-refundable deposit and the client is responsible for the full cost of the event unless cancelled more than 5 days of the scheduled start time. Any event longer than one day or out of town will additionally require a $100 dollar equipment deposit. If all equipment is returned then that deposit can be either credited to the clients’ payment to us or can be rolled over to future events.
